What makes you think your responses are doing anything but reinforcing
their belief system.

Given the bandwidth that these people are taking up on this site (I'm
sure somebody can provide the statistics) and the responses they are
getting -- it has effectively rendered this user group useless.

The ebb and wane of the off-topic rants seems to be gather steam once
again. Each time the length and intensity of these periodic "boughts
of madness" appear to be getting longer and intenser. With the time
between them getting shorter and shorter. A disturbing trend to say
the least.

I'm spending way too much time trying to dig SW nuggets of information
from the onslaught of useless verbage in this newgroup.

Unless you are a professional health care provider the only advice we
should be giving these people is referrals to medical practicioners in
their area who might be able to help them.

If in doubt, take the on-line diagnoses provided in the link above.

As I care about the health of these individuals I will not harm them
further by responding to any replies to this post.

Also, "more intense" is preferabler to "intenser".
