    Paul,
    I'm suprised to hear you refer to the roundtables as having little value.
    Surely you've attended them in the past. If not, you should know that these
    discussions are very focused on what real-world users have to say about
    current functionality and improvements we would like to see made. The
    SolidWorks folks who lead the discussions listen to each and every
    roundtable attendee, and it gives them a chance to elicit more than a simple
    "drawings suck" comment. I have seen many occasions where product managers
    will admit to shortcomings in certain aspects of the software, and I know
    they are genuinely interested in improvements. I also believe the
    roundtables have been the source of many improvements to SolidWorks
    software. It's not market research, they want to know what we think is
    wrong.
