I remember I've seen a web page that explains all the option items of
the SolidWorks option dialog, but I cannot find it. Can anyone tell me
where I can find? I'd like to know what each option item means.

    Thanks.

  2. Go to SW help under "files, open" and see if that's what you are looking
    for.

  3. Oops - Option, not Open. Sorry, long day.

If you go to Tools/Options there is a button in the lower RH corner that
says Help. Click on that and start working your way through.

Yeah, Muggs hit it. I've got a 26 pg pdf that covers it in a bit more
detail than you're likely to need. It's current for 2004. Identifies
settings that are new for 2004 and settings that affect performance. If
you find any mistakes, please let me know.

I recently reorganized the main menu on the site a little bit, but the
Tools Options doc is still under Rules of Thumb. The "User Groups" and
"Home" links are the new ones.
