Solid Hatch streaking when printed

    I currently use ACAD 2004, the company created its logos in an earlier
    version using the solid hatch pattern. When we now print the borders in 2004
    the pattern now streaks. I have tried redefining the area and re-hatching,
    it does not seem to help. We are using the current print drivers for 2004.
    Any suggestions.

    I ran into the same problem with the same version, 2004. I tried the
    spooler settings suggested in other posts without success. What did work
    for me is to plot all sheets to dwf6 using the Publish command then print to
    the printer from the Express Viewer 4.1 Now I don't get the 1/8" wide blank
    strips spaced every inch or so on just the solid hatches.
