There is a borrow function in the license administrator.

As has been mentioned there are three ways:

    1. Apply for a home use license
-- Will only load basic SW, no addins available
-- Don't know how it will work with activation system
-- May not be used at work
-- Application process a pain, FAX application to SW but receive
    license string from VAR

    2. Tunnel into the network using VPN
    -- Full functionality
-- Requirese high bandwidth pipeline if you are sharing files,
dialup works if just the license

    3. Borrow a license
-- Will reduce the number of licenses at work till it either
    expires or is returned
-- Full functionality for what is checked out. If you don't
checkout addins you won't have them.

Where the SNL really shines is when you need a higher end SW product
for all but don't want to spend the money. If you stay away from SW
PDM then you can share Cosmos, Toolbox, PhotoWorks, etc. quite
effectively from a couple seats and only have to buy simple SW seats
    when expanding.
