Snap point

    When drawing, the cursor seems to be snapping onto points that don't
    exist! Although very close to actual snap points, it is not on the
    physical point. This happens even though the object snap 'marker' for
    the required snap point displays on the screen. Unless you zoom right
    in, it is impossible to notice this error.
