snap crash

    why would a VBA program crash everytime a user selects one of the object
    snaps from a toolbar when asked to select a point?

    Because you cannot access them directly while running a vba macro.
    Search for GETXX, download it and incorporate it into your solution. It
    is a freeware workaround.
