you can find some for 3DS max on http://www.3dcafe.com/asp/anatomy.asp
and convert them to STL with several tools, for example www.quick3d.com

 

I did a skull a while back... All solidworks... 90% Simple lofted sections.
A few small bits on it that I got too lazy to fix, but it was a fun model to
build.

Oops, my bad. I took lofted sections to mean lofted surfaces. Still a
great example of what's possible though.
