SKILL usage for defect net-name extraction

    Hi,

    I am newbie to SKILL, and before getting deeper into SKILL usage, i
    just want to know a whether this can be done using SKILL,

    a) modify drc rules to create a new rule and identify defect locations.
    b) obtain the complete net name for those defects.
