    Hello All,

Is there any way to make a Sketch Picture transparent?
Right now because of a client need I'm working in SW 2004 SP5. I've tried
all the normal things, RMB on the sketch and going to Appearance>Color and
setting the transparency. But that doesn't seem to "stick".

    Any thoughts?
Obviously what I'm trying to do is look though my sketch to see my model.

    TIA,
    Muggs

  2. Can't directly answer your question, but could you put your model in front
of the sketch and then make the model transparent?

    Thanks Wayne,

Yes, that's what I've been doing, but it occured to me that making the
sketch traneparent would sure be nice, and I was suprised that I could not
    do it.

    Cannot be done right now.

A workaround If all you need is to see it for reference as you work on
a sketch or adjust something, select Wireframe view, and you can see
the sketch. otherwise it is blocked by, or blocks the object you are
    working on.

Definitely would be a good feature request.
