I intend to make my own version of the base cad commands: Move, Copy,
Circle, Line, Fillet and Chamfer. I already have my own version of the
Offset command. (If you are curious, the point to all this is to enable
the use to enter imperial sizes in metric drawings (ie: 1'-5"), with out
    having to switch units.)

    What I need is:
    - the base variables being used in these commands, so I can "display"
them in the same manner as the original.
    - a way to "draw" a circle without actually drawing a circle (for
clarification of this, explore the radius/diameter/2p/3p circle
options.. it is displayed as you go through the commands).

I am hoping that at least a few of you know this info, as I can't be the
first person to make clones of these commands (can I?).

    TIA.
