Simple button and view command

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by MarcelGosselin, Jan 26, 2004.

  1. We are trying to do a simple button that has baffled us.
    ^C^C(COMMAND "-VIEW" "s" "2")
Why does the first line of code work even if view 2 exist, seems to me there should be a y at the end.

    We have also tried:
    ^C^C-VIEW S 2 Y
It comes up with Y unknown command even if view 2 exist. And if you remove the Y the command does not finish. It does not seem to be a case of too many spaces at the end.
    Thanks
