Our printing company set our OCE plotter up with an HP driver, which allows us to properly plot hatch patterns now. But the sheet sizes need to be customized and I can't get them to "stick" in the plot config box. They keep reverting back to the defaults. I think creating a new pc3 is the right thing to do but now I get the null pointer error when create it. I tried putting what I think is the right pc3 in the DRV directory (saw that earlier here) and I'm not sure how to match or add a pmp. I probably can't get the tech guy back for another 2 weks. Can anyone help? Thanks.
