Setting up Pro/Web.Link in Wildfire

    In case of pfcXNotConnectedToProE exception:
    1. Check if the value of "web_enable_javascript" is "on".
    2. Check the status of the User. He or she sholuld be Administrator or
    must have privileged rights (e.g. using regsvr32)
