setting up exact computers/ plotters error

I have just set up an XP box with acad 2004. I created 3 pc3 files with pmp
files. It works great with box number one.

I have everything set up on box 2. I have imported my profile for my path
settings. I have copied my pc3 files and pmp files to the new box #2.

Here's my problem: I go to plot (from box 2) I select my pc3 file from the
drop down list, but then I get a message that it doesn't like the plotter
configured for that pc3 file. Drivers are all the same, so I can't figure it
out.

OK........I just created a new pc3 file for box 2, so it works now, but it
is not filtering paper sizes using the pmp file. All pathing is correct.

IS something happening when I copy the pc3 and pmp files from box 1 to box
2? What could it be? any help will be greatly appreciated.
