Select Server about to time out

    Our Select Server has come up with the notice that Bentley requires our
    log files by Friday otherwise the service is going to stop.

    Is everybody else required to submit their log files, - I have told the
    Cad Manager about it, but he seems to think it is not a problem.

    I only chanced upon this by accident- are Bentley allowed to actually do
    this?

    Do you have the latest version of Select Server? Bentley removed the
    requirement to submit log files via select server and made it voluntary.
    Although I think the select agreement allows them to request the log
    files should they require it.

    Our Cad Manager had the IT department upgrade to the latest version of
    Select Server and the notice stopped.

    And yes, Bentley do have the right as it's part of the agreement you make
    when you use it.
