Sekonic SPL-460 plotter speed

    Hello

    I'm using an old Sekonic SPL-460 plotter under Auto CAD 2000 light and
    WIN98SE. As I had no driver or handbook I'm now using the HP 7475
    driver.
    For sketches it' ok .
    But now I'm trying to cut foils. Therfore the plotting speed is much
    to high.
    No problem..... I can select a lower speed in the driver.
    Unfotunatelly the *plotter* didn't care about this. He's always
    working with the same, much to high speed.
    Any ideas ???
