    Hi,
I have a large assembly that changes frequently and I need to export
the parts into STL. Doing a "Save a copy" on each individual part is
painful.... Is there a way to script this?
I need to provide input (triangulation tolerances, and pick 1 or more
parts to combine into one stl file), so hopefully there is a way to
    provide inputs.
    Is this possible?

Pro/BATCH may be the answer, though some of your latter requirements don't seem to fit an automated, scripted process and seem instead, to required detailed user intervention. The batch process for exports provides all the configuration capabilities that you have when you do it manually, and those are saved for each file. Essentially, that's all that the batch processor does: make a list of files that you wish to print, export, etc., take inputs and schedule the job for a convenient time. I don't recall the details of how you set it up to run, whether you run it from inside a Pro/e session, etc., but there is stuff in the Help files.
