Scale is off after plotting

    Can someone please help? I'm drawing a floor plan at 1/4"=1' scale. According to the model space, the scale and dimensions are correct. But when i check out the paper space, my dimensions are off by a quarter inch. So everytime I plot, every drawing is is never on a correct scale. How can I correct this? By the way, I'm using ACAD 2002.
