Is there a way to write a macro that will save a file and also create
a pdf in a different directory. This may have been asked before, but I
    couldn't find the right thread.

    Thanks

  2. It's possible, if Bluebeam will not cooperate you can always use other
(really) free pdf-creators like GhostScript+FreeDist to handle this.
Actually this is something that I would like to have as well, but so far..
no time to really write it.

  3. actually, SW makes this real easy.

All you have to do is use the SaveAs call and then change the file extension
    to PDF.

If you call this twice, you can do it once to save the document and a second
    time to save the PDF.
