    I am trying to adopt an ELDO command in SPECTRE. But I am having some
    troubel in defining some parameters. See example below:

    in ELDO
    ..SETSOA M <modelname> <paramname>=(min_limit, max_limit)

    in SPECTRE
    assertname ASSERT MOD=<modelname> PARAM=paramname MIN=min_limit,
    MAX=max_limit

    In ELDO the following parameter names are valid:
    For MOS models - IG, IS, IB, VGD, VGS, VGB, VBS, VBD, VDS, POW, VS,
    VD, VG, VB
    For Two terminal device models - VPOS, VNEG, VDIP, I

    In Spectre, only VGS, VDS, and VSB works for MOS models. And for
    dipoles: V and I only.

    Could anyone help me how to get the equivalent instance parameters for
    these devices? Right now I need to have an equivalent parameter name
    for the following: IG, IS, IB, VGD, VGS, VGB, VBS, VBD, VDS, POW, VS,
    VD, VG, VB. But it will be great if you could provide for other
    device models like capacitor, diodes and BJTs.
