I always admired John because, along with many other things, he was a
product guy, meaning he could talk in an honest and straightforward
manner about what his products could and could not do. His discussions
about SolidWorks products were always credible because he could
actually run the software himself. Further testimony to his product
guy status is the fact that he was a Certified SolidWorks Professional
(CSWP). He took the test anonymously and took pride in the fact that
although he was CEO, he was also a regular SolidWorks guy, just like
any customer.

now, that is some seriously entertaining humor! good ol' bob z. has
miller genunine draft GUSHING out of his nose and mouth. (yeah, yeah,
money is a little tight so he is drinking the cheap stuff).

What did he do in regards to getting SolidWorks properly documented?

Did he do all he could do?

Did he do enough?

Did he do anything at all to make this problem any better?

How should he be remembered in this regard?
