Run script file after ACAD dialog box command

    I need to run two script files that load Arial font styles immediately after
    an AutoCad-LDD 2005 command that uses a dialog box. Here's the scenario:

    I use to command _dsetuprop to evoke a dialog box which sets drawing
    scales, Leroy fonts, etc. You have to pick the OK button to complete the
    settings and exit the dialog box. At this point I want to run, in the
    background, the script files that load the Arial fonts. One script loads the
    Arial fonts at the current drawing scale, the other, loads the Arial fonts
    at paperspace plotting height.
    Where is a good jumping off point to begin this? Lisp? VBA?
