rotate text basic macro

    There was a user command called "riteread.ucm" . it was in "101
    usercommand book" published long time ago. This will serch text angle
    <90 and >270 and rotate to 180 relative to view. I am looking for
    Microstation basic macro or MVBA that works for Microstation V8. Can
    anyone help me ? TIA.
