rotate bearings

How do I rotate bearings on a survey plan and not change coordances on the
plan.I wish AutoCAD would come up with something simple. We use to change
the bearing on a line and the rest would follow suit.

 

do u mean ur building is at an angle and u want to make it square to make it
easier to draw or display in ur title block, if so you need to use DVIEW
then TWist, all ur coords will not change. If u don't mean that then i can't
help bruv
