Revisited: Batch Plot won't list Page Setups

    Hey All,
    I'm pulling my hair out here! I've found and read all kinds of posts regarding this subject, but none of the ones I read had solutions.
    Using Acad 2004 Batch Plot, it's not listing the page setups I have saved in our 'PageSetups.dwg' template. Just the *Default* ps. Obviously, many others have had this problem, but has anyone figured out how to fix it?
    - PageSetups.dwg is mapped in the support directories.
    - PageSetups.dwg is an AutoCAD 2004 dwg.
    - I've tried a temporary dwg with only one page setup in it with the same results.
    - I've tried saving it as a dwt...ditto with the result.
    I've tried all kinds of stuff, but nothing works! WHAT GIVES?!?
