Revision Clounds in Paperspace plotting over Model linework.

I'm plotting off an 8830, and when I used to plot off a Kip I didn't have
this problem. I have revision clouds in paperspace on the individual sheets,
but they are taking precedence over the linework in model space, which is
over some of the information, but I need to make them thicker to make them
stand out. Any suggestions on how to make the linework show through on the
revision cloud? I'm using 253 for the color for the clouds. I tried the
checkmark in the plot paperspace last...both on and off but it didnt' change
    anything either.

    Thanks!

We plot ours with a relatively thick line with a 30% screening and with the "lines merge" setting on the plotter.
