My copy of AutoCAD 2000 runs fine on Windows 98 & NT; but I'm having problems installing it on my new PC which is running Windows MX Home Edition with FAT 32. When I try to run setup.exe or autorun.exe to install it, the system hangs, and I get a window which says "This program is not responding..." I guess it must be a compatibility problem between the intallation program and the new version of Windows. Windows compatibility manager doesn't fix it; and I can't find a downloadable patch on Autodesks or Microsoft's websites. Is there a downloadable patch or easy fix for this problem?
