    Hi!

I've created some 3D pieces in Autocad 2002. I've converted them into
blocks and inadvertently deleted the original .dwg files. Doh !

I can import the blocks and zoom/rotate/render them with no problem.
However, I want to do some further work on them and combine them with
new objects using the object editing tools (subtract/union etc.).
Unfortunately Autocad will not let me do this as it does not recognise
    the blocks as editable objects.

Is there any way to convert the blocks into objects so that I can do
    this?

    Thanks in anticipation

    Dave

  3. If they ARE blocks, their definitions are in the drawing file, so you're in
    luck, and
when they are EXPLODEd they will revert to their constituent entities.
