i have a drawing with symetrical blocks (square or rectangle), some of them
are duplicate which gives incorrect number in counting , i know i can remove
ones with same insertion point and rotation and scale using LISP, but what
about ones that are duplicate but there insertion point is not necessarily
on same coordaniates (like in a vertex of a square ).

I don't have a need for it, maybe "martin" can use it.
