Remove mtext control falg strings

    Is there a quick and simple way to remove all control strings in MTEXT string gettting from "textstring" proterty? Explode the MTEXT will do some way, but the "\\P" was also lost and it is too hard to revive the "\\P" between the exploded dtexts.

    In addition to what Jeff said, the function of interest within StripMtext is named
    UnFormat by John Uhden. It's well documented. Check the header comments.

  4. If it's not too very long, you could also stretch the Mtext box out until
    the contents fit on one line, and then extract its text string, or Explode
    it into ordinary Text (there's no such drawing entity as Dtext, by the way).
