Upon starting AutoCad I get the failed to update registry error. This error allows me to use cad but when I try to use the Design center It crashes cad. I added the user to the administrator group and the power users group and the problem still occurs. Does anyone know of any other fix?

    Issue
The program shuts down unexpectedly when AutoCAD® DesignCenter™ starts and an abrupt exit to the Windows® desktop occurs without displaying an error message.

    Solution
This error occurs because the atl.dll file may not be registered correctly, or the Windows display driver needs to be updated. To register the ATL.DLL file: 1. On the taskbar, choose the Start button > Run. 2. Type regsvr32 atl.dll in the Open box. 3. Choose OK. A Windows message is displayed, indicating a successful registration of the DLL file. 4. Restart. This will register the atl.dll in the Windows Registry. To update your Windows display driver, contact your video display card manufacturer for a newer driver file and install it according to their instructions.

the second solution only seems to allow me to dock the design center which I don't want to do. I just want to beable to use it. I think I might need to reload acad or something...
