Referencing Errors

    I am a new Autodesk Land Desktop (2006) user. I am trying to reference
    3 files which have to exactly overlap over each other. This happens in
    the 2005 version. But in the 2006 version, one of the files appears at
    a totally different place. Could you tell me why this is happening? Do
    I have to install a patch/update to make this right?
