I recently upgrade the hard drive in my laptop, essentially tripling capacity. As I was re-installing software I ran into a problem with AutoCAD 2000. As I start the installation the first screen that pops-up is the SN and CD Key screen. The error message states that the SN in invalid. This is not true as I have all the original contents in front of me. I even reinstalled the old hard drive and started AutoCAD and verify the SN from the help screen. I do not use the software everyday, but I have a project coming up that I will need this tool. Has anyone else had the problem and/or can suggest a fix for this? Thanks, kevin
