Raster to Vector (Text identification)

    Hi

    I have a hand drawn drawing, scanned and converted into DXF format. Is there
    any tool to identify the text (numerical value) and to convert it into
    AutoCAD text entity. General raster to vector convertors simply treat the
    text as a polyline.
