raster not printing

    We recently switched from Map 2002 to 2004 and, at the same time, switched from NT to XP. Note that this is a locked version of XP. It's installed remotely by IT and limits what I can modify on the computer (don't get me started on this).

    Now my problem has been with printing to a Xerox Document Centre 432ST multi-function device. I am printing with vectors overlayed over rasters. On some computers, the rasters prints properly beneath the vectors - on others, only the vector prints. The computers are pretty much the same (set-up remotely by IT). The drivers for the Xerox machines are exactly the same (again set-up remotely by IT). I am printing the same drawing (from model space, layout and through mapbook plot). The print preview looks okay on all machines.

    Any ideas why I would get different results from one machine to another?
