Radius Dimension error

Sometimes while using model items to dimension in drawing, I see arrow
away from the arc/circle (refer pic)

Any one seen that??

Any clues or reasons for it?

What is the solution? I tried using different leader display but no
way out.

One more reason for me to dislike model dims in drawings.

 

I can use a workaround by creating a created dimension or putting a
note but I'm more concerned as why this happens..

IIRC One could sometimes see similar on Computervision when the
view was not "locked" properly.
Don't recall details but look at view to drawing relationships.
