Is there a way to make the items in the pull down menu have a check
button in the front? I read the reference for "hiCreatePulldownMenu"
but didn't find out how. Thanks!

    Hello,

I'm wondering what could be the use for such check boxes.

    Hi Sylvain,

Many software tools are handling this capability. It is a quick way to
toggle an option as far as I understand. Let's say you want to switch
on/off the 'axes view' in layout. A menu check box would have allowed
a quick access to this option rather than opening the options form and
then click the corresponding button. Well, my thinking is that 'Menu
check boxes' is handy when you've got a handful of options. But when
it comes to tools likes Virtuoso, I just think it's worth doing it
like it does currently. That's a personal feeling.

Back to the question itself. I don't think this is possible with pull
down menus as far as I know, at least in IC5141.
    I don't know about IC6 though.

    Riad.
