Publish command: PLT output folder - acad 2004

    I'm using the publish command as a replacement for the old batch-plot
    utility, and for the most part, it works really well.

    When configuring a job to produce .PLT files, all of my output files are
    saved to the same folder as the source .DWG files, even though I've
    specified a different output folder in the PUBLISH dialog. Is this a
    limitation of the Publish command, or is it something I'm missing.
