Proxy Information Dialog Box: Suppress?

    So, I think most of us have seen that "Proxy Information" dialog box,
    which lets you show or not show proxy graphics.

    I understand what this is for, but I was wondering if there is any way
    to suppress this dialog box?

    Not a HUGE problem, but it's something I would certainly like to never
    see again.

    Set PROXYNOTICE to zero.
