Properties page

I have a third party arx app loaded. When I pick the custom object none
of the properties show up in the dockable properties pages. And worse
yet, I have a vba program that selects the object and passes it to a
funscion (as Object) and the .Handle property is not recognized. This
program was working fine for years on several workstations but now on
this one station this is what is happening.

I can get my program working by specifically setting the incoming Object
to AcadEntity, then it recognizes the .Handle property and works fine
but the selected entity will still not show up in the properties pages?

One more note: When this first happened this morning, I re-installed
Autocad 2002 using the repair option and it worked for a little while
but stopped again.

Is there a setting or something that could be getting changed?

 

Bill,

It's possible that some other part of your app generates as error (maybe
caused by different hardware or DLLs/OCXes configuration), which further
breaks the Class Event scheme the Properties arx is leaned on.
