Is there a site that posts LISP programming problems? I would like to get more practice at writing LISP and get input from the NG gurus on programming style. It's always interesting to see the different methods for solving the same problem.

    Thanks,
    Shaye.

    sdaze,
You have found it here. We all need a little 'practice'.
Just keep watching this forum. Many ways to solve the
    same problem.

    Hi Shaye,

While this NG is a wonderful resource for programming tips, codes and
alternate opinion on anythig under AutoCAD and bveyond, you may also
want to check out our web-site, the TechCenter downloads area:

    www.4d-technologies.com/techcenter

We have posted over 400 useful AutoLisp routines that you can use within
your programs to write code and many of them, while being useful to your
work, will also provide an insight into Lisp programming practices.

    Regards
    Rakesh

  6. That is one of the main things I like about AutoCAD and AutoLISP. There is
typically more than one way to do any task. In programming there are methods
that take less keystrokes, take less memory, run faster or slower. What
works for one person, may not be suitable for another. After programming for
many years, I still come here to learn something new almost every time.
