problems with plt files

    I am using AutoCAD 2000 and 2005.
    I can not make a readable plt file. others can use my plt file. I can no longer view the plot file with columbus oasys. I am using windows xp pro. and have an HP designjet 500.

    I have tried updating drivers, reinstalling AutoCAD. any suggestions?

    edit should have read others can not use my plt files. they come out as blank pages. when using a viewer to view all i see is a number and bit sequence on the viewer
