problems with Microstation V8 files converting to V7

    when i try to convert MicroStation files from V8 to V7, and view the
    result, i see lines that have been deleted (a long time ago) and the
    file has been compressed and save settings before close. i can´t
    understand what's append. the version of MicroStation is 08.00.00.21.
    is anyone knowns how to resolve it?
