Problems printing to HP1700

    Has anyone had any problems printin to the HP1700 color inkjet printers? We have our printer setup through a network and for some reason can't get full 11x17 size prints. it's like it's scaling them down to an 8.5x11. if anyone has a solution please let me konw. Thanks, B.
