Problems plotting text and lines over raster image

I'm trying to plot a drawing with a .bmp background, and lines over top of it. The image was dragged and dropped in ACAD, so it's an XREF'd OLE object, I believe.

Plotting from modelspace, or paperspace shows the picture, but not the lines. Both the image and the lines are in modelspace. Changing the draworder didn't change anything on the lines, and wouldn't work on the image at all. I have send to back checked on the image properties though.

Any idea how I can get this to work properly? I'm using AutoCAD LT 2004, which is probably why I'm having so many problems. Thanks.

Within the last two months I've noticed the same problem w/ my LD3. Two things that have worked at least once each. The first is to turn off the image frame and lock it in place in model space. I don't know if this option is available to you in LT. The second is to remember that paperspace prints last. If I create my notations to the image in paperspace they will print on top even though with zooming and such they disappear behind the image.
