problem with vertical dimension in microstation

    hi,, i have this problem, i have opened one dwg file in microstation
    and it looks like just perfect.. however, when i move or copy vertical
    dimensions, the dimension lines become thick hidden line an dit cannot
    also be adjusted by dragging the dimension line. i don't face the same
    problem with horizontal dimensions... if i make a new vertical
    dimension, the output is okay even if i moved it. there must be
    something that i am missing here .. this is my first time to use
    microstation.
