Problem with plotting to PDF

We have a problem plotting Autocad DWG files to PDF, in Acad you have the choice to plot using Acrobat PDF writer of Acrobat Distiller, neither choice gives you an option for plotting D size 34"x22". I have tried other PDF software that allows you to plot D size to scale with good results, but I would rather do this using Acrobat or Acrobat product. What am I missing?

 

Which version of Acrobat? 6.0 has a multitude of pre-defined page sizes. In
older versions, you have to create your own Custom page sizes.

Thanks for both of your replies, yes it's Acrobat 5, I set up a custom page size of 34X22 and am plotting as we type. I must admit that Acroplot works alot nicer than Acrobat5, you can batch plot a number of dwg's to pdf's and It has a nice GUI, but I should probably look at Acrobat6 too.
