Problem with Attributes while inserting block

I have created many attributes (both visible and invisible) as component size, component name, etc along with block.

When i insert the block, the attribute insertion point is taken as the original creation point coordinates. For eg. I created an attribute with the insertion point in my block.AddAttribute as 430,200,0 and my block insertion point was 415,200,0.

When i try to insert the block at 30,20,0, it displays the attributes in (430+20), (200+20), 0. i,e. at 450,220,0. So my drawing looks unsightly. Could someone please suggest a solution to correct this problem?

    Regards

    Hi Lara,
    You have 2 options.
One, recreate the block with the insertion point at 0,0,0, moving
    everything to match.

Second, when inserting blocks with attributes store the vector
direction/distance from 0,0,0 to the actual insertion point and move
    each attribute by that vector
    HTH,
