Printing using HP Designjet 800

    Hi,

    I'm printing to a HP DesignJet 800, both from Acad 2000 and ADT 3... We print to 24 x 36 using paper fed from a roll.

    The problem I've got is that the paper gets trimmed bigger than 24" height and the plot is slightly offset horizontally!

    I've tried printing to both Arch D (Landscape) and Oversize Arch D (Landscape) but still no luck.

    Anyone got advice to offer?
